Our sweet and silly little Gracie turned 5 years old. When she was born we truly had no idea how long she would live because of her many health problems, so we are very excited to celebrate 5 whole years. Gracie is a ball of energy, and into everything. She also loves to make BIG messes. Even though you can't understand half of what she says, she loves to talk your ear off and sing. Her health has stabled off, and only has to see doctors about once maybe twice a year. Developmentally she is about 2 1/2 years behind, but has made great progress over the past year. She will be attending Special Education Kindergarten this year, and gets to ride the bus, which she loved doing last year for preschool. She loves playing with her brothers and sisters, and loves to say "I Love You!", and if you don't respond with "I Love You too!", she adds the "too" for you. She loves her daddy, but when mom is around she is definitely a mamas girl. She loves to ride her little trike and jump on the trampoline. She is still a little thing, finally making 28 pounds and 39 inches, people can't believe she is 5. She loves the movie Frozen, that is why mom made an Olaf cake for her. She got clothes, Frozen shoes, treats, coloring books and crayons, money, and a book for her birthday. We love Gracie so much and happy she is a part of our family.
