This year we had to just bite the bullet and invest in a new roof. We got a lot more years then planned out of it, but now that it is done, it is nice. While they did the roof we also had them add a siding fascia and soffit since ours was completely coroding and breaking. It is nice to have it done and makes our house look a lot nicer.
