Sierra's Special Scholarship if the Provo ELKS Lodge

Sierra received a special scholarship from the Provo ELKS Lodge.  She was picked from a select number of students throughout Utah to receive the scholarship.  They awarded each student with a certificate, took pictures, and ate yummy treats.
